Anxiety and public speaking.

Relationship issues and feeling stuck.

Work related stress.

During my first session with Julia I immediately knew that I was in a safe place and could open up about my problems. Julia was warm  and caring and I could tell she wanted to help. I felt like she joined me on my journey, and joined me every step of the way.
